Online meetup "How to communicate about war experiences in the team?"

Do you volunteer? Do you work in a youth organization? Maybe you manage a team? Join the meeting to learn how to work together to overcome the experience of war.

Together with the Danish Youth Council we are inviting you to the online meet-up! During 1.5 hours you will receive all the necessary tools for having conversations about experiences during wartime with your colleagues — within an organization or your team. We will address such questions as:

❓ How to deal with such an experience internally in an organization/group?
❓ What can/should an organization do?
❓ What are responsibilities and what are not?
❓ What are the best ways to facilitate conversations and what are not?

You will meet Danish experts, learn new case practices, and have an opportunity to hold discussions with peers. There will also be a psychotherapist joining the session to give does and don’t’s on how to handle people in a situation of an anxiety attack or mental emergency.
