What are we looking for?
First of all, we want to show the diversity of the active citizenship initiatives in Ukraine to our colleagues from abroad, to get to know the other ones. We are eager to find the partners and increase our network.

WHO ARE WE?
The idea is to sell crafted products by these old women and to help them to gain some financial support, to organize and cover some necessary works in their homes (clean snow in winter and cut grass in summer), help of psychologists, organize meetings for them in order to create a community and for them not to feel alone.
We’ve managed to organize our social entrepreneurship due to an accelerator and school of management created by the biggest NGO in Ukraine « BUR » (Build Ukraine together). Doe to a micro grant we could promote the project at the very beginning which helped us to quickly get to be known in Ukraine. Social connections helped as well. Now we inspire others to create mini local initiatives and to realize them.
WHAT DRIVES US?
Personal stories of our grandmothers who are left in the villages alone, desire to help to this category and to develop a local, inclusive and sustainable business.
