Come to our intro workshop to find out about the Ambassadors for Dialogue program, learn the fundamental dialogue techniques, and see how dialogue can help you to act as a youth leader.

Polarization and divisions are prevailing in our societies. To strengthen our democracy, we need to practice the ability to engage in DIALOGUE. Dialogue can help people overcome prejudice and foster understanding of other people’s perspectives across national, political, religious or other differences.

Since 2009, the Danish Youth Council has trained corpses of young Ambassadors for Dialogue, who are experts in how to exercise and use dialogue. The Ambassadors come from many different youth groups and organizations in Denmark and the Middle East, where they have practiced dialogue for youth across and within countries.

Now the Ambassadors for Dialogue will fly (at least virtually) to the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House, where they will give you an intro to some of their methods and tools. After this workshop, you will understand how dialogue can be used as a tool in your own organization or your society and feel more confident in handling disagreement in the future.

This intro workshop is open for anyone interested in improving their dialogical competences, and it is not a requirement that you have worked with dialogical tools before.
