Communication rules for events

Are you holding an event / project or working in space? Familiarize yourself with the mandatory communication conditions:

Mentioning in publications

Visuals:

  • On visuals like the announcement β€” the logo of the Youth House β€” download link
  • If it is a publication with a photo report, adding a logo is not necessary (unless the photo report is published including mentioning the logos of the partners of the event)

Important: the Youth House does not affect the identity of the event. Instead, we review logo placement and use visuals for our posts about your events 🌱

Texts:

  • Mention "with the support of the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House"
  • Location: Ukrainian-Danish Youth House, Kyiv, St. Volodymyrska, 5B
  • Tag us: Instagram, Facebook
  • If it is a publication with a photo report, adding a logo is not necessary (unless the photo report is published including mentioning the logos of the partners of the event)

Publications in media:

  • In the videos, interviews, news, etc.: mentioning "with the support of the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House", "event took place at the Youth House"

Info for the Youth House

Before the event organizational team sends the:

  • Information about the event and shortly about the organization β€” for the website, reposting on our platforms (if needed), etc.
  • Visuals (important: the Youth House does not affect the identity of the event. Instead, we review logo placement and use visuals for our own posts about your events)
  • Registration form (don't forget to add questions listed down this page)

You can send all of this information in a letter to hello@theyouthhouse.org with the topic "Name of the event - date - the name of the organization / project".

After the event organizational team sends the:

  • Photo report
  • Short report about publications about the event β€” in the general project report

What to add to the description?

  • Mentioning "with the support of the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House"

  • On the banner β€” the logo of the Youth House β€” download link

What questions to add?

For the comfort of all participants, the form should include questions about:

1. Permission to take photos during the event and use these photos

Question: I consent to photo fixation during the event and the use of these photos in communications by (name of the organization) and the Youth House

Answer options: Yes/No

2. Provision of special needs

Question: Do you have special needs that we should take into account to make your stay at the House comfortable and convenient? For example, participation requires special support, assistance with movement, etc. (if not, then skip)

Answer: Open

3. Consent to comply with safety rules in the event of an air alert (navigation is provided in advance by the Youth House) β€” there is no option to disagree with participation :)

Question: I agree to follow safety instructions in the event of an air alert

Answer option: Yes

4. Consent to comply with the rules of the Youth House

Question: I undertake to follow the rules of the Youth House (mutual respect, cleanliness, care, no smoking on the premises, no use of alcohol and narcotic substances)

Answer option: Yes

5. Consent to data collection and processing

Question: I consent to the processing of my data

Answer option: Yes
